Our Business Model

DMC  – a financial intermediary that facilitates mortgage transactions. DMC funds loan operations with short-term capital borrowings (lines of credit) from commercial banks and other lenders. Groups of closed loans are pooled for sale to investors in the secondary mortgage market. The proceeds from the sale repay outstanding lines of credit, and the cycle starts again.

Direct Mortgage Capital

  • Take client and originate mortgage loans with Warehouse LOC
  • Pool mortgage loans into MBS or CB
  • Sell MBS or CB to Bank
  • Repay Warehouse LOC
  • Service mortgage clients and bond holders
