If you are self-employed, we might ask you to provide business documents such as your company’s financial statements or bank statements,
If you receive income outside Latvia, we will ask to provide proof of income such as certificate of paid taxes, bank statements, a statement from your employer.

To close the deal, you will have to provide the appraisal of the property (List of Appraisers).
Sign the loan agreement
Sign the loan agreement with the lender, whose offer you chose (DMC or one of our partner banks).
Pay the origination fee.
Sign the purchase agreement and receive the loan
Sign the property purchase agreement, register your ownership and the pledge in the Land Book (we can help you to submit necessary documents), insure your new home with one of the insurers. When your property and pledge are registered in the Land Book, submit the insurance policy and the proof that the premium has been paid, and the lender will transfer the funding to the escrow account.
