Sign the purchase agreement and receive the loan
Sign the property purchase agreement and register the title and the pledge with the Land Book (we can help you to submit necessary documents). Insure the property. When the title and the pledge are registered in the Land Book, submit the insurance policy and the premium payment proof to the lender, and the lender will transfer you the money.
