App will allow you to identify non-eligible clients or properties at initial point of contact for a fast “No”. Channel client referred business will have customer service guarantees as part of our service agreement.
If the client fits our program, we will set up expectations properly from the beginning of the process. Client personnel will have the option to be a part of the applicant’s communication process, or not. DMC will provide regular pipeline status reports and customer service reports as well as customer survey results to the client.
